1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use Fotorra AI:
- Account info: name and email via Google Sign-In
- Device info: model, OS version, language, Android Advertising ID (GAID)
- Usage data: features used, credits consumed, session duration
- Images you upload for AI processing
- Crash reports and performance data
- Approximate location (country/region) for ad serving
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to:
- Provide and improve the Fotorra AI service
- Manage your credit balance and in-app purchases
- Serve relevant advertisements via Google AdMob
- Analyse app usage and fix crashes (Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics)
- Sync your data across devices (Firebase Firestore)
- Detect and prevent fraudulent activity
3. Image Data & AI Processing
Photos you upload are sent to our AI processing service solely to generate your requested outfit transformation. We do not permanently store your uploaded photos after processing is complete. Generated images are saved locally on your device only.
We do not use your photos to train AI models or share them with third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
Fotorra AI uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics) – policies.google.com/privacy
- Google AdMob (banner & rewarded ads) – policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- Google Play Billing (in-app purchases) – play.google.com/about/privacy
- RevenueCat (purchase management) – revenuecat.com/privacy
- OpenAI API (AI image generation) – openai.com/privacy
5. Google Services (Firebase)
- Firebase Authentication: handles Google Sign-In. We store your user ID, name, and email.
- Firebase Firestore: stores your credit balance, generation count, and bonus ad state. Data is encrypted at rest.
- Firebase Analytics: collects anonymised usage events. No personally identifiable information is included.
- Firebase Crashlytics: collects crash reports and device info to help us fix bugs quickly.
6. Google AdMob (Advertising)
We use Google AdMob to display banner and rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may collect:
- Android Advertising ID (GAID)
- Device model, OS version, language
- Approximate location (country/region)
- App interaction data
We never share your name, email, or photos with AdMob.
To opt out of personalised ads: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation
7. In-App Purchases
Credit purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and managed by RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are handled securely by Google Play.
8. Data Security & Your Rights
We implement industry-standard security measures. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).

9. Children's Privacy
Fotorra AI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
