1. Who We Are

Devforge Studio ("we", "us") is the developer of Outfit Gen AI and is responsible for your personal data. Contact: devforgestudio25@gmail.com.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account: email address, display name and profile photo from Apple, Google or email sign-in.
  • App data: credit balance, purchase records, language and app settings.
  • Photos & prompts: the photos and garment images you upload, the styles or text you choose, and the images the AI creates.
  • Device: a device identifier (used only to prevent free-credit abuse), device model and OS version, app security signals (e.g. tampered or rooted device), crash reports and app usage events.
  • Notifications: a push token, if you allow notifications.
  • Reports: the text of any report or support email you send us.

We do not collect your contacts, precise location, or payment card details (payments are handled by Apple or Google).

3. How Your Photos Are Processed

Only after you agree at sign-in, and only when you tap Generate or Extract, your photos and chosen style are sent securely (HTTPS) to our server and then to trusted third-party AI providers. They process the images on our behalf only to create your result and to run automated safety checks. We do not allow them to use your photos to train their AI models. Generated images are saved on your device.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide the App: sign-in, credits, purchases and AI generation.
  • To keep it safe: content moderation, abuse and fraud prevention, and app security checks.
  • To support you and fix problems: support emails, reports and crash reports.
  • To improve the App and measure our ads: anonymous usage statistics.

We never sell or rent your personal data and never use your photos for advertising.

5. Legal Basis (EEA / UK users)

  • Contract: to provide the features you request.
  • Consent: to send your photos to AI providers (given at sign-in) and for notifications; you can withdraw it at any time.
  • Legitimate interests: safety, fraud prevention, security and improving the App.
  • Legal obligation: where the law requires us to keep or share data.

6. Who We Share Data With

Only with service providers that work for us under contract and protect the data:

  • Cloud AI providers — image generation and safety checks.
  • Google Firebase — sign-in, database, crash reports and analytics.
  • RevenueCat, Apple and Google — purchase processing and verification.
  • OneSignal — push notifications.
  • Cloud hosting and storage providers — our server and the encrypted moderation log.
  • App-security provider — detection of tampered or compromised devices.
  • Google and Meta — anonymous install and purchase events to measure our ads (see the Advertising Policy).

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect users' safety.

7. How Long We Keep Data

  • Moderation log (input and output images, prompt and result status): up to 15 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Account data: until you delete your account.
  • Generated images: on your device until you delete them.
  • After account deletion: your email, the deletion date and a device identifier are kept only to stop repeat free-credit claims.
  • Purchase records: as long as tax and store rules require.

8. International Transfers

Our providers may process data in India, the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with providers that use encryption at rest. Access to moderation logs is limited to authorised administrators, and the App checks for tampering. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

10. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, UK GDPR, India's DPDP Act or US state laws such as the CCPA), you can:

  • access or get a copy of your data;
  • correct it;
  • delete it — in the App via Settings → "Delete your account and data", or by email;
  • withdraw consent — by deleting your account; this stops future processing;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • complain to your local data-protection authority.

To use these rights, email devforgestudio25@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days and will not treat you differently for using them. We do not "sell" or "share" personal data as defined by the CCPA.

11. Children

Outfit Gen AI is only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the App or appears in an uploaded photo, contact us and we will delete the data.

12. Changes & Contact
