1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Devforge Studio ("we", "us"), the developer of Outfit Gen AI (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to accept these Terms.

3. The Service

Outfit Gen AI is an AI fashion tool that lets you:

  • preview outfits on a photo (Outfit Swap);
  • create model photos for your products (Model Photoshoot);
  • edit photos with AI styles and prompts (AI Edit).

Images are created by automated AI systems operated by trusted third-party providers on our behalf. Features may change, and we may suspend or end any part of the service at any time.

4. Your Account

You sign in with Apple, Google or email. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. One person may not create multiple accounts to collect free credits.

5. Credits & Payments

  • Each AI generation uses credits (a standard image uses 1 credit, a 4K image uses 2).
  • New accounts may receive a small number of free credits, once per person and device.
  • Extra credits are sold as one-time credit packs through the App Store or Google Play. There are no recurring charges — you pay only when you buy a pack.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire while your account exists.
  • If a generation fails or is blocked, its credits are returned automatically.
  • Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or by the App Store / Google Play refund policy. Refund requests are handled by the store you paid through.

6. Your Photos & Consent

  • Upload only photos of yourself, or of adults who have given you permission to edit their image.
  • Never upload photos of anyone under 18.
  • You must own or have the right to use every photo and garment image you upload.
  • When you agree at sign-in, you allow your photos to be processed by third-party AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the App to create, or attempt to create:

  • nudity or sexually explicit content;
  • any sexualised image of a minor;
  • images that "undress" anyone or see through clothing;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people without their consent;
  • content that harasses, defames, impersonates, deceives or promotes hate or violence;
  • anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights.

You also may not reverse engineer the App, bypass its safety systems or credit limits, or use bots or automation. Requests like these are blocked automatically, and we may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without refund.

8. Safety & Reporting

Every request and result passes automated safety checks, and blocked requests are logged for review. If you see AI-generated content that is offensive or inappropriate, report it in the App via Settings → Report a Problem. We review every report and act on content and accounts that break these Terms.

9. AI Results & Ownership

AI images are created automatically and may be inaccurate (fit, colour, size, details). They are a visual preview, not a guarantee of how a real product will look. As between you and us, you may use the images you create for personal and commercial purposes (for example, your own product listings), provided you hold the rights to the photos and garments you uploaded and you follow these Terms. Similar results may be generated for other users.

10. Our Rights

The App, its design, brand, templates and software belong to Devforge Studio and are protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to use our name, logo or brand.

11. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → "Delete your account and data". Your account data and remaining credits are removed permanently and cannot be restored. To prevent abuse of free credits, a deleted account's email or Apple ID and device cannot receive sign-up credits again.

12. Disclaimer & Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will meet your expectations. To the extent permitted by law, Devforge Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on AI previews, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

13. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms; the new version applies from the date shown above, and important changes will be announced in the App. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
